CRG Recycling Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, selling, using, or interacting with CRG Recycling services, website, applications, databases, quotations, logistics, or related systems, users agree to these Payment Terms & Conditions.
2. Payments
All payments must be made in the currency specified by CRG Recycling. Payment obligations are considered fulfilled only after cleared funds are received in full.
3. No Refund Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. CRG Recycling maintains a strict NO REFUND policy to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes but is not limited to:
- App subscriptions
- Database access fees
- Memberships
- Deposits
- Service charges
- Shipping fees
- Processing fees
- Consulting fees
- Premium features
- Digital products and software access
No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or credits shall be issued for partial use, unused services, dissatisfaction, market fluctuations, pricing changes, account suspension, user error, or business performance.
4. Subscription Services
Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Users are solely responsible for managing subscription cancellations through their account settings or app store provider.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated, CRG Recycling reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Revoke platform access
- Recover outstanding balances
- Report fraudulent activity
- Pursue legal remedies and collection actions
Users remain responsible for all costs, fees, and damages associated with payment disputes.
6. Pricing Disclaimer
All pricing, converter values, precious metal estimates, market rates, and quotations are subject to change without notice due to market volatility, supplier conditions, logistics costs, exchange rates, and operational factors.
7. Transaction Verification
All materials, catalytic converters, sensors, scrap, and recyclable items remain subject to final inspection, testing, grading, sampling, and verification by CRG Recycling. Final payouts may differ from preliminary estimates or app-generated pricing.
8. Delayed or Failed Payments
CRG Recycling shall not be liable for payment delays caused by banks, payment processors, compliance reviews, government restrictions, technical failures, fraud prevention systems, force majeure events, or third-party providers.
9. Taxes and Fees
Users are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT, customs duties, import/export fees, banking charges, wire fees, and governmental obligations related to transactions.
10. Account Suspension
CRG Recycling reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time for suspected fraud, policy violations, unlawful activity, payment risk, abuse, or non-compliance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRG Recycling shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, market losses, delayed shipments, payment failures, cybersecurity incidents, or third-party actions.
12. Digital Services Disclaimer
Access to apps, databases, APIs, websites, and digital systems is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
13. Intellectual Property
All software, databases, pricing systems, app content, branding, graphics, algorithms, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of CRG Recycling.
14. Compliance and Anti-Fraud
Users agree to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering, sanctions, recycling, environmental, export/import, and ownership laws. CRG Recycling may request identity verification or transaction documentation at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates unless mandatory local consumer laws apply otherwise.
16. Changes to Terms
CRG Recycling reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
